Sure, the muscles don’t bulge quite like they used to, but I know how to get the best out of a body. And I know how to mount a comeback – I’ve been through a few of my own: fractured pelvis, ruptured knee ligaments (PCL), shoulder reconstructions (both), and broken bones (wrist and collar bones).
